Lead Generator – Mobile App & Web Development (Tools-based)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Lead Generator who specializes in generating high-quality leads for Mobile App Development and Web Development services using modern lead generation tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in using automation tools, databases, and lead prospecting technologies to consistently meet and exceed lead targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate potential leads for mobile app and web development projects through various online tools and platforms.
  •  Utilize advanced lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Skrapp, Hunter.io, UpLead, etc.) to find and reach out to relevant decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Product Managers, Startup Founders, Business Owners).
  • Manage and update lead databases (CRM) and track engagement through follow-ups and reporting.
  • Develop targeted lists based on industry, company size, geography, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial discovery calls and emails.
  • Meet weekly/monthly lead targets and deliver reports on lead quality and conversion.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in lead generation technology and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, specifically for IT services such as mobile app development and web development.
  • Deep knowledge of using prospecting and automation tools (mention any relevant tools).
  • Demonstrable track record of generating a consistent number of qualified leads per month (please specify metrics in your application).
  • Strong understanding of IT/technology industry, especially mobile and web services.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
  • Analytical skills to assess lead quality and conversion data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global (USA/UK/EU/Australia) markets.
  • Knowledge of email automation tools (e.g., Mailshake, Lemlist).
  • Previous experience in an agency or software company environment.
