Job Summary
Buildnetic is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Lead Generator to target international markets (US, UK, EU, APAC). You will be responsible for generating qualified leads using cold outreach (email, LinkedIn), web scraping, AI-based personalization (ChatGPT), and CRM tracking, with a target of delivering 40–50 high-quality meetings/month. This is a performance-oriented role — we’re looking for doers, not just coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & scrape quality leads from Clutch, GoodFirms, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc.
- Send highly personalized cold emails using tools like Mailmeteor, Google Sheets, ChatGPT.
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (25–30 connects/day) with industry-tailored messaging.
- Track all leads in CRM (Google Sheets or Notion), update follow-ups and response status.
- Handle follow-ups, contact forms, and qualification to convert replies into discovery meetings.
- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to personalize outreach and optimize follow-up content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion and measure outreach performance.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for software/marketing companies.
- Demonstrable ability to generate at least 30–40 leads/month from cold outreach.
- Hands-on with tools like: Mailmeteor / Instantly / Gmass, Google Sheets (advanced), LinkedIn Search / SalesNav, Browse.ai, PhantomBuster, Apollo, ChatGPT.
- Strong knowledge of US, UK, and European markets.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing high-response cold email templates.
- Hands-on with scraping tools (Browse.ai, Webscraper.io, or Python-based).
- Knowledge of basic reply tracking & domain warming.
- Familiar with Calendly or Zoho Booking for meeting setup.
